Hearing set for San Diego men facing robbery charges

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Two teenagers who are accused of holding up several pedestrians and leading police on a chase will face a preliminary hearing Thursday.

18-year-old Victor Ledesma and 17-year-old Jonah Ledesma, who are unrelated, each face six counts of robbery, two counts of attempted robbery, felony evading and auto theft. The charges stem from several crimes that took place back in January.

Two other individuals were also arrested in the case, but since both are fifteen years old, they will both be tried in Juvenile Court.

Victor Ledesma faces up to 28 years if convicted, while Jonah Ledesma faces 18 years in prison if convicted.
