Heyward chooses USC over SDSU

Pt. Loma High School standout defensive end Christian Heyward has accepted a scholarship offer from the University of Southern California. Heyward made the announcement live on KUSI's Good Morning San Diego program Wednesday morning from the San Diego Hall of Champions. Heyward chose USC over other finalists San Diego State and the University of Oregon.  In total, Heyward received over 40 scholarship offers from schools around the country.
