Hillcrest residents meet with city leaders to discuss violence prevention

HILLCREST (KUSI)-   An emergency town hall was called to address the shooting spree in a Hillcrest restaurant last week. Rattled residents had the chance to hear from city leaders and ask about safety concerns.
