Historic home in Pacific Beach is for sale for first time in 80 years

PACIFIC BEACH (KUSI) – For the first time in eighty years, a historic home in Pacific Beach is on the market.

The home has been a part of the Pacific Beach community for 114 years, and the listing price is $1,000,000.

Since the property has historical significance, the new tenants cannot make any changes without approval from the City of San Diego.

The sellers are looking for the best person to take on the restoration while keeping the historical significance of the property.

Connor Hanley, the great grandchild of the original owner, William Hanley, spoke with KUSI about the property being listed on the market.
