Homeless man stabbed at shelter
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A 58-year-old man was stabbed several times in a bathroom at a homeless shelter in the Barrio Logan neighborhood.
The victim was intoxicated and refused to cooperate with investigators after the attack at the Neil Good Day Center on 17th Street near K Street shortly before 3:30 p.m. Monday, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.
Neither a description of the suspect nor a motive for the attack was immediately available. Delimitros said the victim’s injuries were not considered life-threatening.
