Hot and sunny temps couple with strong rip currents Friday

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – It will be mostly sunny and slightly cooler throughout San Diego County but those looking to enjoy the fair weather at the beaches are advised that big waves and strong rip currents are likely Friday and Saturday.

A high surf advisory will take effect at 10 o’clock Friday morning. Highs today will be:

  • 76 to 81 along the coast
  • 81 to 86 inland
  • 82 to 87 in the valleys
  • 73 to 81 in the mountains
  • 83 to 88 in the deserts
