How to telecommute if you’re not used to it, per workplace civility experts

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – With coronavirus forcing the closure of most American offices, millions of Americans are now telecommuting.

Millions of office workers who aren’t used to telecommuting, or have never done so before, will now be working from home for the foreseeable future.

Ashley Virtue, external relations director of the National Conflict Resolution Center, spoke to KUSI over the phone about how to be a better communicator during these changing times.
