HUD reports roughly 170,000 homeless in California

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A recent HUD report revealed roughly 170,000 homeless individuals living in California.

This number is larger than the population of some state capitals.

KUSI’s Logan Byrnes was joined by State Sen. Brian Jones representing California’s 40th District to discuss the details of and potential solutions to the problem.
