1 dead, 3 wounded in shooting at Oakland mini-market

OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — A car chase in East Oakland has ended with a shooting at a mini-market, leaving one person dead and three wounded.

Police tell KTVU-TV that one car was chasing another when both pulled up at around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and the shooting began.

The station says the gunfire continued from a sidewalk into a mini-market.

There’s no word on the conditions of the other three victims.

Police say the attackers fled in a blue Dodge Charger.

No arrests have been made.
