3 arrested, 1 sought in death of California homeless man

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (AP) — Police in Southern California have arrested three people suspected of beating a homeless man to death last month, and investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating a fourth alleged assailant.

Officers found a bloody Duc Le dead on a street in Westminster on July 20. The 45-year-old was known to sleep in the area where he was attacked.

The Orange County Register reported Thursday that police arrested 21-year-old Andrew Holguin and 19-year-old Christian Huerta in connection with the killing. The name of the third suspect, a 16-year old boy, was not made public. All could face murder charges. It’s not known if they have lawyers.

Police are searching for 18-year-old Jeffrey Andrade, who investigators have named as a homicide suspect.
