All 3 California men found dead in parked SUV were shot
BURBANK, Calif. (AP) — Southern California investigators say all three men found dead inside a parked SUV were shot in the head.
Los Angeles coroner’s spokesman Ed Winter on Tuesday identified the third victim as 32-year-old Carlos Lopez.
Officials previously said the two other victims were brothers — 21-year-old Jan Amiama and 23-year-old Lucas Amiama.
Winter says all three men suffered gunshot wounds to the head.
The three Bakersfield residents were found dead April 17 inside the vehicle parked in an industrial area of Burbank.
Bakersfield police said the Amiamas and Lopez were reported missing April 15.
Because the area where the SUV was parked is secluded and close to the freeway, officials said the bodies may have been moved to Burbank from another location.
Homicide detectives are investigating.
