Police say San Diego area hit by BB gun vandalism
CORONADO, Calif. (AP) — Police in the San Diego area say there have been multiple cases of property damage involving someone firing a BB gun.
The city of Coronado Police Department reported 11 incidents Sunday, including damage to a home, a business and multiple car windows.
Across San Diego Bay, police in San Diego have reported that more than a dozen cars and businesses have been damaged by BBs since late June. Police say they don’t know if the vandalism cases are linked.
The Coronado department is asking residents and business owners to check their surveillance footage for any help in identifying the perpetrators.
