Southern California commercial fire burns for hours

CULVER CITY, Calif. (AP) — Firefighters have been battling a fire in a Southern California store for hours.

The Culver City Fire Department says the fire at a large 99 Cents Only Store was reported at 1:46 a.m. Monday, and firefighters are still directing streams of water into the gutted structure more than six hours later.

The fire has been contained to the one structure and no injuries are reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
