Impeachment tensions run high as Pelosi stalls on submitting articles

WASHINGTON D.C. (KUSI) – Now that the president has been impeached by Democratic-controlled House of Representatives, the next step is a trial and vote by the Republican-dominated Senate.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she wll not send over the two articles of impeachment to the senate until Democrats get more information on exactly how the Senate Republicans plan on conducting the trial, which some say could start as soon as the week of January 6th.

A member of the Trump Administration says Pelosi can’t stall forever.
