Imperial Beach mayor to deliver State of the City Address

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) –  Imperial Beach mayor Serge Dedina delivered his State of the City Address Monday night at the Durress Auditorium.

Mayor Dedina highlighted the accomplishments of the past year and focus on the vision for the future.

In the 30-minute address Dedena also discussed the cities crime rate, affordable housing and of course the ongoing problem of the water quality due to sewage runoff.
