Israel denies reports it spied on Iran talks
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Israel is denying a Wall Street Journal report alleging its government spied on closed-door talks over Iran’s nuclear program.
In the article, some high U.S. Officials accused Israel of using information gleaned from these meetings to try and undermine Capital Hill support for a deal with Tehran.
The Israeli Prime Minster’s Office called the allegations, ‘utterly false’.
David Siegal from the Consul General of Israel discusses how this report could hamper the relationship between the U.S. and Israel.
