It Howls! & Problem Solved!
Tuesday, February 19, 2013 – She lives downtown and called KUSI's Michael Turko because she can't sleep. Turko says the noise that's keeping her awake is not rain whistles or sirens or traffic, it's something else. Turko contacted the architect and asked city planners if they plan to do anything about the moaning, groaning and howling noises. So far no response.
Turko received a response from Verizon Wireless on a billing mess he exposed last week. Their customers say they've been trying to straighten it out for a month. But one week after Turko opened this file on corporate double-talk, he's happy to rename it problem solved.
