Jewish short film festival ‘The Joyce Forum’ turns into two-day event

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – After many years as a successful single day event, a Jewish short film festival has blossomed into its own two-day event.

The Joyce Forum Film Festival will be Sept. 21-22.

Betzy Lynch, Executive Director at Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center, and Francine Ginsburg, Chair of the Joyce Forum 2019, were at KUSI.
