Kobey’s Swap Meet reopens amid coronavirus pandemic

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Kobey’s Swap Meet reopened Friday morning with coronavirus safety precautions in place.

All customers and vendors must wear a mask, and social distancing will be enforced.
