Ladies Rock San Diego Hosts Second Annual Program

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Ladies Rock San Diego (LRSD), a rock empowerment camp for women 18 and older returns to San Diego.

The camp is Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24 at A Reason to Survive (A.R.T.S.) in National City.

At the three-day intensive program participants form a band, learn an instrument, write an original song and perform live in front of friends, family and the community in the Voodoo Room at House of Blues on Sunday, March 24.

All proceeds from LRSD support Rock n’ Roll Camp for Girls San Diego, a nonprofit organization that brings the community together to empower girls through music.
