Liberty Healthcare considers placement of additional SVP in San Diego

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – California Department of State Hospitals’ contractor, Liberty Healthcare, is back in court proposing locations to house another sexually violent predator Merle Wakefield.

There are already eight SVP’s in San Diego County. Each placement causes community backlash, sometimes protests.
