Llama gives birth after surviving the Camp Fire

BUTTE, Calif- A California couple got a double dose of good news after surviving the Camp Fire last year. The couple had to leave behind their five llamas during wildfire evacuations in Butte County.

When they returned, they not only found their animals alive but they also discovered one of them was pregnant.

The llama gave birth last month to a baby that the couple named Phoenix Hope.

The owners say the baby llama will be used as a therapy animal at a nearby health facility.
