Local business owner’s “Just In Time” program aims to help foster youth

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A local restaurant owner seeking to help foster youth who have aged out of the system is providing work and mentoring through his place of business.

He explains that the turnout has been positive; as they work they can receive real-life experience while being connected to other members of the community who have been in their position.  He even claims that they work harder than most due to their position and desire to contribute.

Ginger Jeffries was on-scene to find out more from them.
