Local lottery winner claims half-million dollar prize

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A San Diego man who won more than a half-million
dollars in Friday's Mega Millions drawing claimed his prize Monday.

John Harris picked the five regular numbers correctly and missed only
the Mega number with a ticket he purchased at Randy's Mini Market, at 5739 El
Cajon Blvd, according to state lottery officials.

They said Harris' prize was $520,054.

The winning numbers were 9, 17, 42, 36 and 14, with a Mega number of 33.
No one won the top prize, which will be around $53 million for Tuesday
