Man dies in Escondido stabbing, second male victim expected to survive

ESCONDIDO (KUSI) – Two people were stabbed, one fatally, in a mobile home park in Escondido Friday evening.

The stabbing occurred about 8:30 p.m. in the 500 block of West 15th Avenue near the Centre City Parkway, according to Lt. Mark Peterson of the Escondido Police Department.

A man was pronounced dead at a hospital. Another male victim has multiple stab wounds but is expected to survive, according to Peterson.

The suspect is believed to be driving a black Toyota Camry, Peterson said.
