Man stabbed to death in Escondido home

ESCONDIDO (KUSI) — A man was stabbed to death early Friday morning in Escondido. The stabbing in the 2200 block of East Lincoln Avenue near East El Norte Parkway was reported around 2:10 a.m., according to Escondido police Sgt. Jeff Valdivia.

Escondido police officers arrived at the residency to find a male and female outside. Upon entering the home, they found the a victim with multiple stab wounds. Medical aid was administered before the victim was transported to Palomar Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead. 

No arrests were immediately reported. The victim’s girlfriend was at the scene will be interviewed by Escondido police detectives. Anyone with information about this case is urged to call Escondido Police at 760-836-44722, or leave an anonymous tip at 760-743-TIPS (8477).
