Man struck and killed by hit-and-run driver in Bay Terraces

SAN DIEGO (CNS) – San Diego police Wednesday sought to identify a hit-and-run driver who fatally struck a man in Bay Terraces.

The victim’s body was discovered near the intersection of Appian Drive and South Woodman Street around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday, according to San Diego police officer Dino Delimitros.

“It appears the body had been dragged on the roadway for approximately 100 yards,” Delimitros said in a statement.
