Man struck by vehicle and killed on I-5
SAN DIEGO – A man was struck by a vehicle and killed on the northbound Interstate 5 at E Street in San Diego, says a California Highway Patrol dispatcher.
Three northbound lanes are closed, the dispatcher says.
