Mark Larson discusses Gov. Newsom’s $300.6B budget

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Gov. Gavin Newsom has presented his $300.6 billion budget spending plan featuring the largest surplus in California’s history.

The spending plan will fund tax rebates, abortion care, bonuses for health care workers, and more.
