Mark Powell wants San Diego School Districts to extend the school year

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Former County Board of Education Vice President Mark Powell says school districts need to extend the school year.

Powell recently wrote an opinion article and joined Good Morning San Diego to discuss to extend the school year from 180 days to 200 days.
