‘McLovin’ and ‘Quirindi’ join the San Diego Zoo’s Australian Outback exhibit
The San Diego Zoo is now home to a new pair of furry, endangered Tasmanian Devils.
The two animals from the Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Australia are making San Diego their home. The male and female pair have completed their mandatory quarantine and have moved into the zoo’s Australian Outback.
McLovin and Quirindi are part of a partnership program between the zoos designed to increase awareness for the species and support Tasmanian Devil conservation.
