Medicine ball full body blast!
Repeat each exercise for an entire minute to to three times!

1. Drop catch and lift
2. Cross lift and Kick
3. Squat swing
4. Squat tap
5. Partner Pass and catch
6. Partner push-up and roll
7. Partner sit up and pass
8. Partner v sit and pass
