Mediterranean diet shown to reduce memory problems

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – A UC San Diego Neurologist, Dr. Sara Siavoshi joined KUSI to go over the benefits of following a Mediterranean diet.

The Mediterranean diet includes eating plant-based foods over meat and dairy products. Following this diet can lead to less brain shrinkage and thereby larger brain volume with age.
