Men’s Health is Focus of ‘Guys Night Out’

Health is Focus of ‘Guys Night Out' Events Nov. 12 and Nov. 18

SAN DIEGO – Men can learn the latest about prostate,
testicular and bladder cancers at two special “Guys Night Out” events at local
brewpubs Nov. 12 and Nov. 18. Presented by Scripps Health, the events will
offer a casual environment for men to talk with physicians about cancer prevention,
diagnosis and treatment. 

 Those
attending will learn important information about these forms of cancer, which
collectively will affect more than 280,000 men in the United States
in 2013. Attendees can hear about risk factors for developing these cancers and
signs and symptoms that may help them identify and address possible cancer care
issues. They can also learn about ways to maintain optimum health through
fitness, nutrition and screenings.

 There is no
cost to attend these educational, no-host events, and advance registration is
