Mid City Police Station was vandalized Saturday

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – San Diego’s Mid City Police Station was vandalized Saturday with rocks, which broke windows on the building and on private vehicles owned by police officers.

The building at 4310 Landes St. was damaged at 3:20 a.m. as rocks broke the front windows of the lobby and community center. Four personal vehicles were also damaged.

This is the second time this station has been vandalized in the past week, police said. There was no immediate information on the suspect/suspects.

In response to the attacks, Mid City Command Staff and community members organized a press conference at 11:30 a.m. in front of substation.
