Missing Chula Vista girl found safe

CHULA VISTA (CNS) – A 12-year-old Chula Vista girl who went missing Monday afternoon returned home safely Tuesday.

Autumn Fink went missing around 4 p.m. Monday and may have been spotted several hours later in the Ocean Beach section of San Diego, according to Chula Vista police.

Lt. Fritz Reber said Autumn came home “safe and sound” shortly after noon. Information on her whereabouts overnight was not immediately available.

Officers were investigating to see if any foul play was involved, he said.
