More than 2,500 without power in Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa area
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) — The power went out to 2,722 San Diego Gas & Electric Co. customers Wednesday in the Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa area.
The SDG&E website showed that the widespread outage started at about 9:15 p.m.
Communities affected were listed as Sorrento, Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, MCAS-Miramar, Scripps Ranch, Lake Murray, Mission Gorge and Sycamore Canyon.
Power was expected to be restored by 2 a.m. Thursday.
