More wet weather on the way for San Diego
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Temperatures as low as the 40s kicked off the second workweek of November Monday as a high-pressure system that brought warm weather over the weekend moved east.
Replacing it is a storm that is slowly moving south, bringing San Diego showers as early as this evening. Tuesday will likely have the most wet weather with Northern and Central California getting hit the hardest.
The incoming storm is the second in just a few weeks to bring winter weather warnings to California’s mountains. The Sierras are expected to get snowfall once again, helping the snowpack in both California and Nevada.
The highs Monday will be in the high 60s throughout the coast and inland while the mountains will continue to have chilly temperatures. The desert remains in the 70s during the day and 40s at night.
