Monday, July 08, 2013 – A fast food remodeling controversy exposed by KUSI's Michael Turko two weeks ago is now big news all over town. Tonight Turko has new information on a neighborhood crusade to banish a Jack In The Box drive-through. Jack In The Box says they obtained all the necessary permits for their so-called remodeling job. But city development officials say they've exceeded the scope of those permits. No word yet on when the City Attorney's Office will make a ruling on the case.
