Naked man breaks into apartment at midnight to take a shower

SPRING VALLEY (KUSI) – A man allegedly broke into a Spring Valley apartment early Friday morning and told residents that he was going to take a shower.

The man was later identified as 34-year-old Michael David Dolias.

The apartment resident called 911 and said the intruder forced entry into the Jamacha Road apartment by removing the air-conditioning unit on the first-floor balcony.

Dolias was booked on suspicion of burglary and was being held on $25,000 bail pending arraignment which is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.

Officials said it was unclear if Dolias was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
