Nation mourns ten year anniversary of Sandy Hook shooting

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Ten years ago, the Sandy Hook shooting became the first of many school shootings that have since plagued the nation.

Twenty students and six educators were shot and killed on Dec. 14, 2003.

Today, the nation mourns those who have been lost in school shootings.
