National Walking Day at Vista Civic Center

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – National Walking Day is on April 3rd and Vista Civic Center is inviting people to take their heart for a walk.

The event begins at 11:00 a.m. with the program/walk begins at noon.The expo is free and open to the public and will wrap up by 1:00 p.m.

Attendees will learn how to give Hands-Only CPR, take a quick health screening, enjoy fun photo opportunities, heart healthy snacks, vendors, and more!
