New National Geographic Mini-series highlights San Diego
SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – The San Diego Tourism Authority and National Geographic have teamed up to produce a mini-series that promotes San Diego, with a special emphasis on Balboa Park. The mini-series is designed to highlight the city’s rich cultural heritage, diversity, creativity and its commitment to innovation and sustainability.
The first episode will air all across North America and the United Kingdom beginning next week – October 18th. (This first episode premiered last night (Wednesday, Oct. 11th) at a gathering of civic and business leaders at the Natural History Museum). The series is expected to reach more than 100 million households.
