Nicoloff school launches Feed San Diego Food Program for the South Bay community

SAN DIEGO (KUSI)  — Feeding San Diego, the South Bay Union School District, and Nicoloff Elementary School announce the newest school food pantry in the county, and invite members of the media to a celebration at the school’s next food distribution.

Feeding San Diego’s school pantry program provides a free resource to students and their families to make sure all students have equal access to reach their full potential. The program provides free nutritious groceries and fresh produce to students and their families every other week. There are pantries at 40 schools in 13 school districts across the County.

KUSI’s Elizabeth Alvarez was live at Nicoloff Elementary getting the details.
