North Park residents and business owners feud with City Hall over parking space loss

NORTH PARK (KUSI) –  San Diego City Hall says replacing parking spaces along North Park’s popular 30th street in favor of bike lanes is a step in fighting greenhouse emissions.

However, many residents and small business owners claim this will hurt the community.

Councilmember Chris Ward recently told a concerned resident she should “move into an apartment” if she wanted to have a designated parking space at her home.
