Not too late to go back to school

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – It might seem like “back-to-school” season is over. Recent high school graduates figuring out what they want to do or working adults who want a better job may think they’ve missed the boat on registering for classes at their local community college.

However, the 10 community colleges in San Diego and Imperial Counties want them to know that it’s not too late. Many affordable, flexible programs that train students for the region’s most in-demand careers start mid-semester. San Diegans looking for direction or affordable job training can sign up for these classes into mid-October.

Dr. Kindred Murillo, President, from the San Diego and Imperial County Community Colleges consortium joined Good Morning San Diego to discuss the college.
