Nutrition tip of the week: stretch and de-stress

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – KUSI Contributor and fitness expert Cindy Whitmarsh joins KUSI along with Kathy Babcock and Michele LaRocque to deliver some nutrition and exercise tips.

The fitness experts also provided some demonstrations of some stretches to try when you’re feeling stressed.
