Officials respond to plans to prevent COVID-19 outbreak among homeless

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – As the number of new COVID-19 cases is expected to rise, there is some concern on how the homeless population are being kept safe because they have a higher risk of spreading the virus.

Groups of homeless individuals are still congregating in Downtown San Diego.
