On Hold!
Thursday, December 20, 2012 – Mayor Bob Filner informally unveiled a new city policy called “The Turko Rule” today. That came in response to big problems with a city street project that Turko exposed last night. On a side note the contractor told Turko the job would cost $140,000. Later the Senior City Engineer on the job said it could reach a quarter million and a few hours after that the city's public works spokesperson said the total cost would be $375,000.
