Woman killed in traffic collision on Barona Rd. identified

SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – Authorities released the name of the women killed during a traffic collision on Barona Rd. Thursday.

Xochil Calvario, 55, of Ramona, lost control of her black Kia Rio sedan and was t-boned by a grey Nissas Frontier pickup truck.

Calvario was pronounced dead on scene.

The driver of the Nissan was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital with complaints of stomach pains.

While it was raining lightly at the time of the accident, it is unclear if road conditions were a factor in the collision.
